Y. John Ararat, EMBA
Y. John Ararat is the founder of InnoExec Ventures, an independent advisory practice for business leaders making technology and investment decisions. He holds an Executive MBA (Business Innovation) from the University of Fredericton and a B.A. in Business Administration & Management from Ruppin Academic College.
Before InnoExec, John spent over a decade turning strategy into delivery as a CTO, Director of Software Engineering, Principal Engineer and technical lead in agile teams. He also founded Shmapp, a digital marketplace for local businesses. He is based in Ancaster, Ontario.
